- 4 lobster tails 5 to 6 oz each
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley very finely chopped, plus more for garnish
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter divided
Instructions
How to Prepare/Butterfly Lobster Tails:
- Use kitchen scissors to cut through the top shell of the lobster tail, stopping at the base of the tail and snipping through the top portion of the meat as you go.
- Flip the tail over to the back see-through side and crack the ribs in the center. This will help open the shell.

Lobster Tails Recipe with Garlic Lemon Butter

- 1 lb king crab legs
- 1/2 stick 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Lemon slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Thaw the crab legs if they are frozen. Using a sharp knife or a pair of a scissors, slice or cut the crab legs into halves to expose the flesh. Arrange them evenly on a baking sheet or tray.

Garlic Lemon Butter Crab Legs

Ingredients
- Serves 2
- 1 pre-cooked whole lobster using the claws and tail
- 8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 large scallops
- all seafood should be pre-cooked and diced into chunks
- 1½ quart of seafood stock, either store bought or make your own by simmering water with shrimp and lobster shells, onions, celery, peppercorns and a little thyme, then straining twice.
- 1 cup arborio rice
- 2 large shallots
- ¾ cup of Prosecco or white wine
- 1 cup of canned or fresh diced tomatoes, drained of wet liquid
- parsley
- olive oil and butter
Instructions
- Cook the shrimp and scallops on a foil lined sheet pan, drizzle seafood with some garlic infused olive oil and a small handful of chopped parsley, roast at 425 degrees until pink and translucent, maybe 10 minutes, let it rest.
- Break down your whole lobster tail, removing the shell from the claws so they stay in tact, remove the shell from the tail and cut into chunks, place all the lobster meat into the juices of the cooked shrimp and scallops on the sheet pan.

Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells
Makes 8-9 shells- jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1/4 c butter + 1 Tbsp, divided
- 1/4 c chicken broth
- 4 oz clam juice (1/2 bottle)
- 1/2 lb bay scallops
- 1/2 lb small shrimp (peeled & deveined/without tails)
- 1 can (6 oz.) white crab meat
- 1/4 c all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper, divided
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1/4 c grated Parmesan
- parsley for garnish (opt.)
Directions:
- Melt 1 Tbsp butter and oil in a large skillet over med-low heat and saute onions until tender. Stir in the clam juice and chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, add in the shrimp, scallops, crab meat and 1/8 tsp pepper. Return to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 4-5 minutes until the seafood is cooked through (shrimp is pink and scallops opaque). Drain the seafood, reserving the liquid. Set aside.

- 1 lb large shrimp deshelled and deveined
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Sprinkle the shrimp with 1 tbsp of cajun spice and toss well. Drizzle the flour over the shrimp and toss in a bowl to make sure each shrimp is covered in flour.
