Steamed Fish with Cream Sauce

Probably the most confusing and yet easy to make home cook dish recipe I've ever encountered

1 medium size fish
1 leek (chopped)
some celery, sweet pepper, salt,sesame oil and chopped nuts (depends on your desire/taste)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup stock or water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cooking oil

boil fish in boiling salt water(with enough water and salt to cover the fish, these are not listed in the ingredients) for 15 mins

boil water or stock with celery, sweet pepper and seasoning and salt

ad milk and thicken with cornstarch

place fish in dish an pour sauce over the fish

garnish with leeks an nuts

sprinkle cooking oil and sesame oil

*ginger can be used instead of celery and pepper
