Savory Meat Rolls

1-3/4 raw chicken chopped
1/4 cup ground pork
1 small can of vienna sausage, chopped
1 pc chorizo de bilbao, chopped
1/2 cup sweet ham, diced
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup banana ketchup
6 slices of bread
1 small can of evaporated milk
1/3 cup raisins
2/3 cup grated cheese
2 Tbsp. celery
4 eggs lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1-3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup bread crumbs

soak break in evaporated milk. set aside

blend all other ingredients thoroughly into a very smooth mixture.

mix in the soften bread. set aside.

take a can or mold and grease them well, with margarine or oil

fill each can/mold 1-1/2 cups of the mixture, pack well, cover with aluminum foil,

steam for 1 hour

cool, ref overnight. slice and serve
