Sweet and Sour Pork

1 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
2 green peppers
4 slices pineapple
1/2 cup cornstarch
6 cups oil

1/2 tsp.
1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cold water
1 egg yolk

3 Tbsp. Vinegar
4 Tbsp. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Tomato Ketchup
5 Tbsp. Cold water
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 t. sesame oil

tenderize pork by pounding it with the back of the knife or with a meat tenderizer

then cut it to 1" squares and soak it in marinade for at least 30 mins.

cut green peppers and remove seeds and cut it to 1" squares, do the same with the pineapple

heat the oil and coat the pork in 1/2 cup of cornstarch then fry it until cook (about 2 mins) then after that remove form heat then heat oil again then cook again until crispy.

drain excess oil and set aside.


Get 2 Tbsp. of oil from where you cook your pork and heat it in a separate pan.

fry the green pepper and the pineapple, stirring constantly add the sauce.

mix until it's thicken then turn off heat.

add to meat and serve hot

then put in
