Buko Pina Ade

A very easy refreshing recipe to make during the summer.

20 pandan leaves
3 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
coconut meat from 1 coconut

Boil 2 1/2 cups water with pandan leaves, leave for 5 mins. Strain Set.

Boil 1 cup water and sugar for 8 mintues. Set this syrup aside.

Blend shredded coconut meat and pineapple juice very well,

mix pandan juice, syrup and buko mixture into bowl

served with crush ice
