Fish Fiesta

3/4 kilo labahita (surgeonfish)
1/4 kilo quartered and fried potatoes
1/4 kilo quartered cabbage
1 red bellpepper cut into strips
4 crushed segments garlic
1 chopped onion
1 lightly beaten egg
2 tsp white sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup oil
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 cups meat broth
2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce

2 tbsp calamansi juice
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper

fillet fish and cut into four chunks and marinate for at least 2 hours
dredge each chunk in fkour and fry until golden brown and set aside
saute garlic and onions
add fried fish fillets, tomato sauce and meat broth
season and simmer for 5 mintues and add the vegetables
continue simmering until the vegetables are cooked
add beaten eggs and stir constantly until cooked

serve hot
